RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

BOXequipment recognizes the right of withdrawal to the buyer. You can avail yourself of this right within 10 days of receiving the goods.

The declaration must be sent by registered letter.

The right of withdrawal is excluded, pursuant to Article 59, letter c) of the Consumer Code, in the case of products made to measure according to customer needs.

The return of the goods is at the expense and expense of the Buyer.

The goods must arrive correctly packaged and in the same condition in which it was received. The Seller reserves the right to reject any unpacked or returned product in ways other than those specified above.

The replacement goods will be sent only upon receipt of the defective goods in stock.
